A Generous Donation from the APRA Social Club
CLCRF would like to thank the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) Social Club for their generous donation of $455.90!
Every fortnight, the APRA Social Club sponsors a charity nominated by an APRA staff member. The Social Club then publishes a short article about the charity, calling for donations, in their employee newsletter.
APRA is an independent statutory authority that supervises institutions across banking, insurance and superannuation, and is accountable to the Australian Parliament. It’s great to see the organisation giving back to the community and executing their corporate social responsibility through this wonderful initiative.
The $455.90 raised was an excellent result and we are thrilled that the APRA Social Club chose to put these funds towards the Foundation. Initiatives like these are so important to continue CLCRF’s ground-breaking research into childhood cancer.
